Participation Guidelines

Join one of North Carolina’s largest community-run cultural festivals and showcase your products to thousands of attendees at the NC Korean Festival.

Food vendor spaces are $600 for tents ($800 for food trucks) and spot reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

Each vendor space includes access to power.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own 10×10 ft tent, table(s), 100ft extension cord, and any additional setup materials needed for their booth.

Getting Started

1. Complete the Vendor Application
   Fill out the vendor registration form below.
2. Application Review
   Our team will review your application for completeness and alignment with festival guidelines.
3. Approval Notification
   Once your application review is complete, we’ll contact you with next steps and a link to complete payment.
4. Submit Payment
   Complete your vendor payment by March 31, 2026 to secure your space. Unpaid spaces may be released to the next approved vendor.
5. Final Confirmation
   Once payment is received, your vendor space will be officially confirmed.
